1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Redoux Partners, LLC ("Redoux", "we", "us", or "our") at getredoux.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.
2. Description of Services
Redoux provides enterprise-level Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), UX design, A/B testing, and digital strategy consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in separate Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Redoux and the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated in a specific SOW, the methodology, proprietary frameworks, and testing software utilized by Redoux remain the exclusive property of Redoux Partners, LLC. Upon full payment of service fees, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables (such as design files, code snippets, and reports) for their internal business purposes.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful optimization campaigns, clients must provide timely access to necessary analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), codebase environments, and relevant business data. Redoux is not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary access or approvals.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Redoux Partners, LLC, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
